Return and Exchange Policy
At Volks Props Costumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we'll help arrange it.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact us at volkspropscostumes@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of why you'd like to return or exchange the item.
- We'll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
